Located at MIDC Jejuri Industrial Area, Pune and situated along State Highway 61, the project is a sloping site towards North East where the formation level was sensitively decided while planning for the material circulation keeping the surface drainage of the macro region in consideration. The planning was done as per Vaastu principals as per Client's requirements with the climatic efficiency of light, large north and east windows and a simple plan which guided this project. The office and factory functions are separated with the unexpected drama being created by the contemporary glass façade of the office in contrast to the rugged steel factory box. The proportions of the shed for the process of aluminum extrusion unit and the functional requirements of an integrated plastic moulding plant played an important role in the design of this plant.
