Transparency in planning and transformation of abstract ideas into real-world solutions, both functionally and aesthetically were focussed simultaneously. The facade comprises of tall and sleek metal panels. Each one with a vertical strip of glass, placed for a ripple effect. The solid and transparent play creates a rhythm as you walk by. This rhythmic pattern is designed to complete one stage at a time mirroring the ever-evolving nature of industry itself. These external aesthetics feature architectural elements such as metallic fascia, ACP, curtain glazing, canopies, trims and mezzanine floors while the landscape formed the integral part of planning and detailing in order to achieve work environment that is user friendly for white-collared as well as blue-collared staff.
