This commercial building for the Bansal Tea Company is located in the commercial hub of Siliguri, West Bengal. Meticulously designed in a rectangular site in an urban setup, the structure is enveloped in exposed brick and glass façade with artistic vertical louvers and terracotta jaali patterns. North façade is further characterised by a long mural wall identified and dedicated for regional artists/ artisans. A box protruding from the front elevation with a glass façade marks a focal point and draws one's attention.
