Planned as a gated and a self-sufficient 10 Acre Township in Lonavala, the scheme was to be promoted as a second home or holiday home destination with the backup of the facilities management team looking after the macro as well as micro requirements for the end users. The proposal transformed itself into an interconnected spine of driveways - spilling into the low lying pockets of land, into a lazy lagoon next to the pool, avenue lined with trees, cyclists, restaurants and a community of 74 Luxury Villas. The inventory of Villas are planned as combination of stand alone bungalows, twin villas and row houses - 3 BHK and 4 BHK. The homes, each with fenceless frontage and having its own rear private spill over with lawns, provide a range of experiences - the home on the edge of sprawling greens, the home on the pool and the home next to the amenities - all eventually addressing the magnificent central common space & landmark Club House with a Clock Tower. The common amenities which were integrated in design comprises of paths and cycling tracks which wind along with the grassy greens, leaving the homes to enjoy complete privacy and independent views. A restaurant on the water, a spa next to the pool, a gym and private outdoor dining pavilions complete the story of style and comfort.
