The project is the extension of Castle Talabgaon earlier undertaken as restoration & reconstruction - Phase 1, located near Jaipur, Rajasthan. Phase 2 of the project comprises of an opulent resort with 70 Rooms, segregated as Room Typologies A, B, C, D & E - depending on single sharing, double sharing, suites, layouts and sizes of each unit etc. The building is divided into 3 Floors comprising of 26 Rooms on Ground Floor, 28 Rooms on First Floor and 16 Rooms on Second Floor. With lush green courtyards and unmatched luxury to offer, this Resort is created to host guests throughout the year complimenting the facilities, user-interphase and grandeur of the earlier restored Castle. This new property is entered from the Gateway on the North as the primary access, fronted with an existing swimming pool which acts as a transition from the Old to the New. As we enter the grand palatial court, we are welcomed by sparkling water fountain that shimmers in the day light to welcome us. As we further step in, we are able to see the elegance of Rajput Style verandahs with geometric flooring replicating traditional patterns, precisely crafted sandstone columns and decorated arches that holds one's attention. The exteriors are crafted with fluted columns, low parapets, chajjas, curvaceous brackets, bungree (foliated arches), jaalis (screens), bollards etc. Chatris symbolizing the honour and pride of the historic era are proposed to be constructed to create a skyline with their dome shaped profile and designed in ferro-cement to keep the load on the structures minimal. Balconies are projected at the upper floors from where we over look into the expanse of the landscape. The projecting balconies and octagonal burj on the exterior elevations are notable elements and striking features of design.
