Design was based as the initiator of ‘budget homes’ in terms of efficient planning & sizing of requirements, structurally regular built up forms, maximisation of shared walls, optimal perimeter of each unit thus building without compromising on light and ventilation. Selection of appropriate structural system at conceptual design stage was carried out and shared services core was planned for multiple apartments in every floor plate.
