A Hypermarket Project along Old Mumbai - Pune Highway set in 5 Acres with Shop Floor of 1,00,000 Sq.Ft. was designed in Pre Engineerd Building. Planning focused on Built to Suit requirements, Assembly Lines, Services and Structures - all the essential needs of a Plant. With the rectangular Site which runs perpendicular to the Higway in depth and a slight downwards gradient which allowed for a very impressive view to the box - architectural manifestation evolved to combine functionality and design with an idea to reveal impressive scale of materials in construction worthy of admiration and recognition. The views were especially directed in order to garner attention for its impressive and bold façade detail along the busy National Highway.
