Located on the outskirts of Pune, this housing scheme is spread on 13 acres of scenic valley which was conceptualised as a combination of low rise and high rise towers. The project comprises of 1 BHK and 2 BHK tenements set on a gradually sloping land where we meticulously worked towards simplification of the design of each space, response to natural land form and surrounding views available while developing the Master Layout. The development was further required to be divided into phase wise construction where we planned for independent clusters based on socio-economic user groups identified for the scheme with each cluster having its own amenities and recreational activities including a Club House. Regardless of the category of tenement and height of individual tower, the common binding factor in design vocabulary for apartment planning was to attain simple clean lines and minimum walls to ensure free-flowing spaces without compromising on privacy.
