Project located in the hilly terrain of Talegaon, Pune was conceived as portrayal of minimalist style of surface decoration, rugged material palette, clean lines, flat façade, jutting edges, and polished surfaces. Hilly North facing site required a sensitive calculation of cut and fill for land development in order to ensure cost and speed efficiency. The formation level, while planning of the facility, was carefully studied with respect to material circulation, negotiation of slopes into the proposed building complex and macro level planning of drainage in the region with the high average monthly rainfall of 410 mm.
