Co-Founder & Principal Architect
After graduating from New Delhi in 1997, Kapil joined MN Ashish Ganju Architects. His initial professional experience allowed him to foster skill sets towards developing design language responsive to time and efficient delivery of projects. He was involved in preparation of Schematic Guidelines for Redevelopment & Redensification of Lutyens Bunglow Zone, New Delhi. With 5 Years of rich & professional experience, Kapil started his firm in 2002. Kapil has been in an extraordinary voyage of discovery and learning from the wisdom of our indigenous communities about age old building practices on multiple projects. Passionate and enterprising, he has a dynamic and creative energy with an innate love for nature. His practice thrives on an ability to dream like an artist, think like an engineer and question like the user which makes his efforts towards pursuing architecture worthwhile. He also enjoys imparting his knowledge and enthusiasm to budding architects by participating in academic studios as a visiting lecturer & design juror.
Ar. Paridhi Jain
Co-Founder & Principal Architect
Paridhi graduated in Architecture from M.M. College of Architecture, Pune in 2000. She did her internship under Ar. Satprem Maini & Ar. Suhasini Iyer at Auroville Earth Institute, Pondicherry. Her curiosity in vernacular architecture gave her exposure in alternative construction technology such as compressed earth blocks and ferro-cement. A keen interest in detailing, she worked on set designs for movies and TV shows as part of her work experience at Nitin Desai Studios, Mumbai. She has also worked on a number of large and small scale projects comprising of Institutional, Hospitals, Museum and Office Interiors at Narendra Dengle & Associates, Pune. With 05 years of experience, she started her firm with Kapil and plays a vital role for the firm's large projects with her approach to analyzing requirements and preparing details. Her eye for design detailing and expertise in construction technologies has enabled interpreting the firms’ vocabulary in new and innovative ways. She possesses strong organisational skills. A strong believer in the ability of architecture and research combined with design thinking for strengthening and having a positive effect on our societies. She wants to mould an architecture that is minimal yet faceted and contemporary yet rooted.
Shweta Dhule
Project Head, Architecture
With a passion for designing harmonious living spaces, Shweta brings over 10 years of diverse architectural experience to the AACPL team. Graduating from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai in 2012, she has honed her skills across residential, commercial and institutional projects in the Mumbai and Pune area. Her expertise lies in planning and designing well-conceived spaces, adeptly translating market trends into user-focused and modern aesthetics. She seamlessly integrates design aspirations with practical considerations, ensuring compliance with bylaws, services and amenities. Her comprehensive approach to design makes Shweta a valuable asset to our team.
Shivangi Naikwade
Project Head, Architecture
A graduate from Manoramabai Mundle College of Architecture, Nagpur University in 2014, Shivangi embarked on her architectural journey, driven by a thirst for knowledge and a passion for design. After gaining valuable experience in Nagpur, she joined the firm and has been an integral part of the team for the past 7 years. Shivangi is known for her creativity, adaptability and willingness to embrace new ideas and technologies. She actively seeks opportunities to expand her skill set and stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of architecture. Her extensive experience in Industrial, Interiors & Mixed Use Buildings makes her an expert in creating functional, efficient and aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with the unique needs of clients.
Manoj Kamble
Project Head, Interiors
Manoj is an interior designer from JRVTI in 2016. He is an integral part of the AACPL team for the past 7 years having a wide range of experience on a mixture of projects from corporate offices to hospitality. For him, the satisfaction in getting the project executed exactly as visualized while being able to match the design intent in the 3D view to the actual site photograph is paramount. His passion, dedication and constant endeavour to improve, be it in minutest details, specifications or maintain a high-quality execution at every stage, is infectious and drives the team. He has shown his flair for a systems approach to design where team work, budgets, timelines and user experience is ensured. His strong technical skills and his drive for perfection makes him a significant teammate.
Diksha Prajapati
Project Head, Architecture
Diksha graduated from SDPS College of Architecture in 2019. She joined the firm after gaining a vast experience in Government, Healthcare, Industrial and Public Buildings. She adds great value in planning & designing of various projects from Industrial, Commercial & Residential. The diversity of projects that she has handled has given her a wide perspective towards the process of design, detailing and interpersonal relationships. Her focus while designing and delivering projects is on finding the right balance between the design requirements based on market trends to create quality spaces to the end users. Working with immense focus, unceasing patience and melancholy temperament are the innate strengths that make her a valuable teammate.
