The Club House is situated within an opulent residential project located in Siliguri, West Bengal. Upon entering the building through a magnificent and spacious entrance foyer, visitors embark on a journey of discovery and amusement. The club house includes a games room, gymnasium, yoga space, kids play area, and banqueting facilities. The design contemplates exclusively on luxuriant materials, such as the elegant Italian marble and crafted teak wood, creating a sense of colonial atmosphere that exudes grandeur. This exceptional space represents a harmonious blend of lavish spaces and a contemporary boutique culture. The overall design of the building is characterized by skilfully and cautiously planned furniture and its arrangements, meticulously designed spaces, and a coalescence of traditional and contemporary elements. This fusion of styles and attention to detail enhances the overall character and appeal of the design, making it a prominent feature in the cityscape. The banquet area, in particular, is designed with a double-height ceiling, aiming to create a sense of volume and introduce a scope to showcase luxury. Furthermore, we as the architects have made an effort to incorporate smaller pocket spaces within the building to cater to different types of public activities. This approach ensures that all residents have access to breakout areas, providing them with diverse settings to engage in various activities.
