The Uttarakhand Right to Service Commission has been constituted with a view to strengthen the service delivery mechanism in the State of Uttarakhand. Accordingly, this project is conceived as a Government facility complex in relation with the public domain and its support services developed for Uttarakhand. The building structure was to add value to the administrative landscape for Uttarakhand Government. Congruent with project objectives, the building amalgamates with the context of the site by responding to the climate in terms of its orientation, local architecture style and form derivation for stronger sense of association by the end users. Spaces on the Ground Floor are placed according to their function and accessibility to the visitors. The offices of administrative mechanism including Chief Commissioner and respective Commissioners along with their exclusive Court Rooms - which require restricted access are placed on upper floors to have the desired segregation of circulation.
