Project located at the IT hub of Pune is envisaged as a Low Rise - High Density development with optimisation of common circulation space in each floor plate to achieve maximum efficiency in the ratio of built-up area w.r.t. the usable tenement area. Articulation of individual units was done in such a way that the overall composition forms a cluster of porous façade responding to the human scale. White is proposed as a unifying colour to achieve cohesiveness in the Scheme.
