The Project is planned on 12 Acres Land along Pune - Nashik Highway with a total built-up area of 2.25 lakh sqft, comprising of modular leasable industrial units. Parameters such as speed in execution, economy in construction, modular serviced spaces, functional detailing and high finishing as per Class A industrial construction are considered while planning and data generation. This Park explores versatility of pre-engineered metal building - finished internally to serve multiple functions and accessorized externally with a network of metal framing dedicated to the ascent of a flourishing landscape. This contemporary metal framework wraps the building facade in a grid-like pattern not for just structural support, but it's the foundation for a thriving vertical garden. The facade transcends the typical notion of a barrier, becoming a bridge between the interior and the exterior.
