The Scheme is conveniently accessed from NH4 Mumbai - Pune Highway. The site is oriented in North - South direction, perpendicular to the Highway, with the natural counter slope varying from 3.0 mtr. to 3.5 mtr. towards the South. The spire on the rooftop designed and amalgamated with the overall building form allows for a distinctive identity to the Scheme as viewed from various locations. The apartments are designed to absorb maximum natural light and cross ventilation for each internal space. The concept was to achieve maximum flexibility in spaces with Grid Structure and minimize circulation passages within each Unit. Projected wardrobes integrated to shading system in elevation was proposed to attain clear internal spaces. The Scheme was designed as per development control rules with 12 Mtr. wide Internal Road aligned for future development. The 45 Mtr.
